All verbal orders must be followed by a written confirmation and must be confirmed by us.

All prices are in Euro, free of taxes and packing costs and can be revised without warning if necessary. Goods are invoiced at the rates in force at the time of order. Weights and dimensions indicated in the catalogue are approximate.

Goods are always delivered ex works Meolo unless otherwise specified and travel at the buyer’s risk. Any claim or missing material must be forwarded to us within seven days from goods ’s receipt. The delivery time starts from the date of our order confirmation and does not consider the shipping time.

Payment must be in conformity with the terms indicated in our confirmation. Our invoices are payable by bank transfer, cashier’s cheque and for cash. In case of delayed payment we have reserve the right to charge interests for delay on the basis of the interest rate valid at that time.

Until the total claim resulting from the business connection will have completely been paid the goods remain of our property. In case of a delay in payment or financial collapse we are entitled to demand the immediate handing over of the goods subject to our property rights. The customer commits himself / herself to treat the goods subject to our property rights carefully and to insure them adequately.

For any controversy the only competent to judge is the law-court of Treviso.

We guarantee the good condition and running of the products on leaving our factory. Faults caused by transportation, bad installation and maintenance or items damaged by wear are not guaranteed. We do not assume any kind of liability for direct or indirect damages deriving from the above mentioned anomalies.
